Returns:
• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
Refunds:
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your card issuer.
Exchanges:
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For faster service, please email us with photos at hello@bluebirddetergent.com.
