Before you write, these might save you time

My sheet did not dissolve fully. Nine times out of ten the sheet went into the dispenser drawer rather than the drum. Put it straight in with your clothes. On very short cold cycles, tear the sheet in half first.

My laundry did not come out as fresh as I expected. The load was probably bigger than one sheet is dosed for. Use two sheets for a full machine, bedding or towels, and three for heavily soiled loads or hard water. You are not doing anything wrong by using more.

Where is my order? You will have a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Check your spam folder, then email us and we will track it down.

I want to return something. Email us within 30 days and we will refund you. You do not need to send the box back.
